Water under the fridge or in the crisper usually comes from defrost water that didn't reach the drain tray.
Possible causes
- Blocked defrost drain hole on the back wall
- Displaced or cracked evaporation tray
- Worn door seal increasing condensation
- Fridge tilted forward
Safe first checks you can do
Safety: unplug the appliance and close the water tap before any check, and never open the outer casing or electronic boards yourself.
- Gently clear the internal drain hole per the manual
- Level the fridge, with a slight backward tilt if the manual says so
- Check the seal
